CANCELLATION POLICY

You will find, in the box below, the amount of the fees charged in case of cancellation.

We will refund 100% of your stay if you cancel more than one month in advance.

50% if you cancel between 1 month and 2 weeks before the date of your stay.

0% if you cancel less than 2 weeks in advance.

In case of no show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We reserve the right to require a security deposit of 20% of the rental amount.

TAXES

Prices shown include VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be charged in addition.

ARRIVAL TIME / DEPARTURE TIME

Your room or apartment will be available at reception from the time indicated below: 3:00 PM.

On your departure day, you must vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Failure to comply with this check-out time of 10:00 AM may result in an additional night's charge.

It is recommended to use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to advise of your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

It is very important to mention any severe food allergies when booking your tasting dinner. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the menus for those with a severe lactose allergy. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION

In the box below, you will find the financial commitment that will be required to validate and guarantee your reservation.

Payments must be made using one of the cards listed below, through our secure web pages. Your bank card details will be encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol up to 128 bits. Your bank card details can never be transmitted over the internet without being encrypted.
